1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the digital invitation provided by Vows Portal, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the service.
2. Service description
Vows Portal offers the creation and hosting of digital wedding invitations, including RSVP features, a collaborative gallery, a gift list, and a management panel for the couple. The services are provided through custom websites hosted on subdomains or custom domains.
3. Contracting party responsibilities
The couple (contracting parties) are responsible for: providing accurate information about the event; maintaining the confidentiality of the panel access credentials; ensuring that the provided content does not violate third-party rights; informing guests about the data collection through the invitation.
4. Gallery content
By uploading photos to the gallery, guests grant Vows Portal and the couple the right to store and display the images within the context of the event. Inappropriate or offensive content, or content that violates third-party rights, can be removed at any time.
5. Limitation of liability
Vows Portal is not responsible for: temporary unavailability of the service due to maintenance or technical failures; data loss due to events beyond reasonable control; third-party actions that access the invitation without authorization.
6. Intellectual property
The design, code, and concepts of Vows Portal are the intellectual property of João Chrystian. The content provided by the couple (texts, photos, event information) remains their property.
7. Cancellation and refunds
After development begins, projects canceled within 48 hours receive a full refund. After this period, a proportional amount for the work performed will be charged. Please contact us directly for specific negotiations.
8. Changes to terms
We reserve the right to update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated to active clients. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
